I saw a picture of these somewhere on the internet and we decided to try them out at home. We cut the arms and legs, sliced some canned crescent style rolls into strips, wrapped the “mummies”, and then added eyes and a mouth by pricking the hot dogs with a barbeque skewer. My daughter did some ninjas and a red riding hood style mummy as well. We baked them in the oven for about 15 minutes at 350F. If you wanted the arms to coil out away from the body more I think you could dip the hot dogs briefly in boiling water before wrapping them in dough, like for octodogs.
